Duff "That this Area Committee calls on the Manager to consider posting signage, indicating that filming in the public parks in Tallaght, and in particular Tymon Park, where children are gathered or playing, around the lakes or the playground, would require a permit and such filming, without the express permission of the Council and parents and guardians, would be deemed an offence, reportable to An Garda Siochana?"
